Refund policy

At Vania Designs, we create premium digital wedding planners designed for your special journey. Because our products are digital instant-downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we maintain a clear refund policy.

1. Digital Product Return Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the digital nature of instant-download products (PDF files and digital assets), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please carefully read the product descriptions, compatibility requirements (such as needing an iPad and GoodNotes), and features before completing your purchase!

2. Exceptions & Technical Issues
We want to make sure you can successfully plan your wedding. If you experience any technical issues with downloading your files, corrupted data, or receive the wrong file, please contact us right away at vaniadesignswork@gmail.com with your Order ID, and our team will fix the issue or send you the correct files immediately.

3. How to Reach Out for Support
To report a technical download error or file issue, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at vaniadesignswork@gmail.com.

  • Provide your Order Number (e.g., #VD1001) and a screenshot or description of the error you are encountering.

  • We will review your case and resolve the file access issue within 24 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Digital Goods

  • Digital Planners & Templates: All downloadable PDF files, GoodNotes files, and digital sticker packs are strictly non-refundable.

  • Sale Items & Discount Codes: Purchases made using promotional codes or during flash sales are final.

5. European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Waiver for Digital Content)
If you are located in the European Union, please note that by purchasing and instantly downloading our digital wedding planners, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal and 14-day cooling-off period once the file download has begun.

6. Refund Processing (Where Applicable)
In the rare event that a discretionary refund is approved by our management team for a duplicate accidental purchase:

  • Refund Method: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
